For anyone who has not competed in a sanctioned meet. Squat, bench and deadlift, three attempts each. Sunday 29 November at Storie Street, first lift 2pm. Same platform, same referees and the same Goliath calibrated gear as the sanctioned meet. No federation membership needed. Thirty spots.

Novice lifters

No refunds. Entries can be transferred to another lifter, but talk to us first so the paperwork follows the right person. Weigh-in is Saturday 28 November across a three hour window. Novice lifters weigh in Saturday, and that is the only option, so plan for it now. By entering you confirm you are medically fit to compete and agree to follow the competition rules and the directions of the referees and the platform crew. You will be sent a pre-weigh-in form before the day which includes the waiver, and it must be completed before you can lift.
