APL sanctioned. Squat, bench and deadlift, three attempts each. Sunday 29 November at Storie Street, first lift 9am. Goliath calibrated gear used throughout, the combo, the plates and the collars. You must have an active APL membership to book a ticket. Forty five spots, tested and untested lifting the same day.

Active APL membership required

No refunds. Entries can be transferred to another lifter, but talk to us first so the paperwork follows the right person. Weigh-in is Saturday 28 November across a three hour window, and if Saturday genuinely does not work you can weigh in two hours before your session instead. By entering you confirm you are medically fit to compete and agree to follow the competition rules and the directions of the referees and the platform crew. You will be sent a pre-weigh-in form before the day which includes the waiver, and it must be completed before you can lift.
